What was the challenge?
Sprk Capital had a clear strategy to build a new online lending business but lacked the in-house technology capability to build out the platform. They knew roughly what was involved and liked Cloudible's flexibility around scoping the project in partnership alongside our experience in a similar space.
What was Cloudible's approach?
Cloudible began with scoping sessions to capture the business flow and wireframe the user journeys. The client signed off on the spec and key screens were designed before development commenced. The system grew fortnightly and was accessible by the client to interact and pass feedback throughout the project.
What was the result?
Sprk Capital was built on time and on budget with relatively minimal involvement from the client once scoping had completed. Cloudible produced status reports regularly, swiftly incorporated feedback and the development catered for changes in requirements. Testing was smoothly conducted and the system was released to production on time, even with the Covid related delays and impacts experienced by all.
